When Goku is served his skewered lizard, it comes with a glass of herb juice with honey. Despite being a gold liquid filled with tiny eyeballs, Goku gives the drink a try. For the first time in Dragon Ball DAIMA, Goku doesn’t enjoy something that he eats.
Goku finds the herb juice with honey to be disgusting. After drinking it, he’s visibly ill, and is not interested in having more. Sweet as she is, the shopkeep’s assurances that it’s tasty and good for him don’t make Goku feel any better.
Goku Eats Canned Meat While Seated at a Campfire
In Episode 6, the Dragon Team eats their dinner in a cave around a campfire. Goku begins his meal with canned meat. Despite Glorio once again issuing a warning that Goku doesn’t want to know what he’s eating, the de-aged Saiyan enjoys it perfectly well.
The canned food Goku eats is an unappealing brown lump. The can depicts the skeleton of the Demon Realm animal it’s made from, but this doesn’t give any understanding of what it tastes like. All Goku’s reaction confirms is that it tastes better than herb juice with honey.
Goku and His Friends Devour Lots of Food in Episode 6
Besides canned meat, it’s difficult to tell what Goku eats in Episode 6. After Goku and Panzy have gone to sleep, and Shin has feigned slumber so he can spy on Glorio, the remnants of the rest of their dinner are shown. While the contents of multiple, different cans were consumed, something was also cooked.
Alongside the cans, a pot covered in red sauce can be seen. Presumably, whatever was made inside the pot was cooked by Glorio, using ingredients supplied by Panzy. Although there’s still some sauce leftover, it seems like Goku and the others enjoyed it well enough.
